Troubleshooting

Location not working

  1. Go to Settings > Privacy > Location Services > Solavello and choose "While Using the App."
  2. Move closer to a window or outdoors — GPS/Wi-Fi signals may be weak indoors.
  3. Force-quit and relaunch the app, then try again.

Cannot send a Wave

How to upgrade your plan

iOS:

  1. Tap the menu icon in the top-left corner.
  2. Select Subscription to upgrade to Lite or Standard.
  3. After purchase, open iOS Settings > Subscriptions to change or cancel anytime.

Android:

  1. Tap the menu icon in the top-left corner.
  2. Select Subscription to upgrade to Lite or Standard.
  3. After purchase, open Google Play > Subscriptions to change or cancel anytime.

How to block or report a user

  1. Open the user's profile detail screen.
  2. Tap the menu in the top-right corner.
  3. Choose Block or Report. Blocked users disappear from your lists.

Is Solavello a dating app?
No. There is no chat or matching — only travel note sharing and optional Waves.
What personal data do you store?
Just your travel nickname, profile photo, check-in location, and notes.
Can I use the app for free?
Yes. The Basic plan is free with limited check-ins. Upgrade to Lite or Standard for more flexibility.
